Rules of Everlastin Goblinstomper (7-11-2009)

The following list are the rules that are to be followed if you are a part of Everlastin Goblinstomper.

1.) Be Respectful to Others - This is a fairly simple rule. Just be courteous and respectful of other peoples opinions and feelings. Keep in mind that everyone is different, so if someone has a differing view to you on something, don't start arguing. I don't mind debates or friendly discussions of differing views/opinions, but keep it on a polite level, or keep your mouth shut and your views to yourself. Addendum added, please see rule 13.

3.) Rules Regarding Guild Chat - Any discussions related to any of the following are not allowed: Racism, Bigotry, Neo-Nazism, Sexism. These will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Racial slurs will be dealt with swiftly. Discussions about Politics, Religion, and Music (yes, music), should be taken in a fashion of debate. As far as anything else, I really don't care what else goes on as long as it follows rules. Addendum added, please see rule 13.

4.) Rule 2 - Please move on to rule 5, as there is no rule 2.

5.) EGaSM Channel - If you are asked to leave this channel, then get the fuck out. - Rule removed upon separation of EGaSM alliance with Savage Maidens as of September 29th, 2008.

6.) Rule 4 - If you do not understand rule 4, please go back and read it again at this time.

7.) Have Fun - Having fun is the big thing I want the members of this guild to experience. I don't care what spec you are or class you roll, or how you play, anything like that, as long as you have fun doing it. PvP, PvE, Raiding, as long as you have fun. The rules are in place to try to enforce members from keeping other members from having said fun.

8.) Respect these forums as you would your own - If you are not a member of Everlastin Goblinstomper, but were an ex-member and wish to continue to post, do not cause drama. This can be a bannable offense and will be dealt with swiftly.

10.) Rule 10 - This rule ate rule 9. It no longer exists. Poor rule 9. Also, this rule likes to assault the elderly if it isn't followed, so please obey this rule!

11.) Elevator Rule - What goes up, must come down. Unless you took an elevator up. Eventually you will come back down, it will just be at your own discretion since you took an elevator.

12.) Reverse Elevator Rule - What goes down, doesn't necessarily have to come back up. Unless you took an elevator. In this case, please see rule 11 and reverse all directions. However, if you enjoy jumping off to your death in the Undercity elevator, by all means. It's your repair bill.

13.) Addendum to Rules 1 and 3 - Suicide references are not funny. Telling someone to kill themselves or doing something to hurt themselves is not always funny. Please be respectful of other people's ideas and feelings. This will be dealt with swiftly.

If you cannot abide by any of these rules, whether in guild chat or in the forums, then measures will be taken.

These rules may change at any moment, and if they do, the date on the topic will change to reflect the last day that these were changed or updated.
